Did you know that the city of Laval has some interesting initiatives in place to celebrate the birth of your baby? For those of you out there who like the idea of planting a tree to commemorate your child's birth, you should look into the city's "une naissance, un abre" program (scroll down their page for the form).

We received ours in June 2014, almost a year after our son was born:
